INVITATIONS:  Browse through our complete collection of handmade wedding invitations, or book a design appointment so we can create a custom invitation suite for you.  If you are planning on making your own, we have all the papers and materials you need!  Coming this spring....Print It Yourself invitations.  You send us your wording and we send you a high resolution file for you to print at home or take to a printer.

LOCKE STREET LETTERING SOCIETY:  We're tossing aside our cell phones, computers and tablets!  Join us the first Thursday of every month (starting March 5) and embrace old school correspondence.   We're setting out our vintage typewriters, pens, papers, envelopes and stamps for anyone who wants to send that letter they have been meaning to send out.  A love letter perhaps?  A letter to long lost friend?  A thank you note?  There are so many reasons to send a letter!  Free for all!

WORKSHOPS:  We will be offering Introductory Handwriting, Beginners and Advanced Calligraphy Classes, Pointed Pen Flourishing, Introductory to Watercolour and Chinese Brush Painting.

Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date.

stocking stuffers for book lovers

Never lose your page again!  Magnetic bookmarks are the perfect gift for all book lovers and students.

Closed, the bookmark measures 2” x 3.5”, and when opened, it measures 2” x 7”. The bookmark comes packaged in cello with an explanation of the Japanese Paper. The packaging measures 3” x 5”, making it ideal to pop into a Christmas card or stocking.  Makes a lovely magnetic *snap* sound when you place it over the page of your favourite book.

Each bookmark is handmade and unique; therefore the paper placement may vary slightly from the photos.

personalized bottles

I just love the way these custom made Jack Daniel's labels turned out.  We made them for a client who wanted a unique gift to ask his groomsmen to be in his wedding party.

Each bottle's label has been customized with the groomsman's name, wedding date, groom's name and details like "Raised in Dundas" and "Teaching JD to tie his shoes, 1995" to personalize each bottle.

We were also asked to create a custom label for a Moet Chandon Champagne bottle that was a special gift from the bride to her parents, and features gold foil printing.

even the gold seal was personalized
